Can an app call my mom to remind her?
Yes. Rio calls your mom, your partner or your child at the time you choose and gives them your reminder. They press 1 when it's done, and you see it in Rio. They install nothing.
Do they need the Rio app?
No. Any phone with number keys works. Only you need Rio.
Will they pick up?
Tell them a call from Rio is coming, and save Rio's number in their phone.
What if they miss the call?
Rio tries again 5 minutes later. If that call is missed too, Rio tells you, so you can step in.
Can they stop the calls?
Yes. They press 9 on any call. The calls stop at once, and Rio tells you.
Can the call use my own voice?
Yes, on Pro. Record up to 30 seconds when you set the reminder. Rio says who it's from, plays your recording, then reads the keys.
Which countries can Rio call?
The United States, Canada, Bangladesh, Brazil and Egypt, for now.
